The application has been developed to meet the Rolls Royce specification, JES131, which details that all parts should be printed with 2D Datamatrix codes, including part number, manufacturer code, supplier code and serial number.

The software prompts you for the relevant information, ie: part number, cage code, and serial number. It then places this information into a print template, to allow the information to be printed onto the part in the correct format. A large number of printer drivers for a range of different printing technologies are available.

PRISYM Aerospace can either be installed stand-alone, where a single PC is connected to your printer/s, or linked to your current ERP/MRP system, making all the data you already have available to your coding and labelling system. The choice is yours and with all the security and data logging functionalities, you can be sure that only authorised users have access to the system. The necessary information can be entered into the software via the PC keyboard, or by scanning a barcode. This allows data entry to be completed quickly and accurately, limiting the potential for errors.
