The system is used to guide and monitor the staff activity and to provide management information proving that the service is being provided as contracted. Additional benefits including mobile collection of recipient signatures and revolutionary RFID asset tagging. Internal mail collection and delivery times can also be programmed into the system and mobile barcode devices used to prove that all the collections were made at the agreed times and places.
