The MPC system is able to distinguish between different service offers for the same and different equipment types, so where Chip users take advantage of both the Managed Recovery and exchange pool options, MPC only automatically declares the Managed Recovery movements and leaves users with the tools to retain control over the exchange locations.

The system provides several flexible options for data capture, allowing it to leverage existing receipt and despatch data from production, WMS or transport planning systems and then amend or add equipment types and quantities at later stages if this is not known at the time of despatch.

The system automatically declares despatches in standard formats to your suppliers and has functionality that automatically checks their invoices for delivery anomalies and pricing errors.

Comprehensive reporting allows users to reconcile balances owed by client and site, compare delivery costs between suppliers, electronically send out statements and provide Management Reports at the touch of a button - the flexible report generator cuts hours out of producing data that has historically been held in disparate systems.
